I received confirmation my order would ship on December 11, 2026, but I never received tracking details. I reached out multiple times between December 12 and December 30, but got no replies. On December 30, I received an email stating there was a stock shortage, while the company still promoted the product online. I know how drop shipping works, but ignoring customer inquiries is unacceptable. Furthermore, claiming "fast shipping" and "get it before the holidays" on your website is misleading when it's evident that delivery isn’t feasible.
