I placed my order on December 10th, with the assurance it would arrive by December 25th. Since then, I haven't received any confirmation email about my package being shipped. It's clear that it won't arrive on time, which is particularly disappointing as it was meant to be a Christmas gift. The customer service response is quite slow. Although the website states that package tracking is available, I received no tracking number, and the order number provided returns a 'not found' message. I'm very disappointed with this service.
