Bought the emerald mantis on the 12th of December as a Christmas present for my boyfriend, in January I still hadn’t received information about shipping (just got the email of confirmation of the order).
After a few unreplied emails sent to the customer service I decided to contact them via Instagram.
I luckily received an answer within few minutes: the person answering apologized for the inconvenience and explained me that the had problems with the amount of orders (they had previously made an announcement on their insta profile about it). In the end I wasn’t able to get the emerald mantis, like I originally wanted, because of a few other problems, went with the scorpion instead. It was a rough ride but everything worked out just fine: the person answering on Instagram was able to immediately send my package and apologized again for the inconvenience. Despite the delay and the product replacement, I appreciated the honesty regarding their situation and their dedication.
The product is great and very detailed, my boyfriend had a lot of fun building it. Looks so cool!
Received a Terminator kit as a Christmas present. Seemed like a clever model made from Radom bits of hardware until I started assembling it and found it was missing a few small m2 screws. I contacted support with all of the information I had, and pointed out that as it was a gift, I did not have an order number. Other than the automated response I heard nothing for 4 weeks, then a request for the order number. I again pointed out it was a gift. A week later another request for an order number.
Ordered for Christmas gift. Day later they post a message on Facebook stating the they were behind. Emailed them 20+ times over the last couple months to cancel my order, only to get an automated message stating they are too busy to respond. Called the phone number only be told the VM is full. Once was able to leave a message with zero call back. Cannot cancel, took my money, and then ghosted.
I placed an order on December 10th, expecting a shipping time of 12-15 days. I've contacted the support team four times to request a cancellation due to their poor communication but have only received automated replies. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service. If they can't respond to inquiries, they likely won't ship your order either. Spending $100 on two items without any communication is unacceptable. For the sake of their business, they need to improve. Now, I have to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund since they refuse to engage.
I placed my order on 29 November, and despite several pre-Christmas deliveries to my address, I received an email on 19 December indicating my package could not be delivered. I responded to your email on 20 December. Then, on the morning of 23 December, you called to confirm my address and assured me the package would arrive that day. Now, on 24 December, the package is still missing!
I placed my order on December 3rd and still haven't received any confirmation regarding its dispatch. I anticipated delivery before Christmas, considering the stated 10-15 day timeframe. While I can be patient if the order is set to dispatch soon (even if it arrives after Christmas), I would appreciate an estimated delivery time to inform the recipient of my gift on Christmas day.

It's clear that it won't arrive on time, which is particularly disappointing as it was meant to be a Christmas gift. The customer service response is quite slow. Although the website states that package tracking is available, I received no tracking number, and the order number provided returns a 'not found' message. I'm very disappointed with this service.

However, since then, there have been no updates, and my emails have gone unanswered. The shipping information has vanished, leaving me feeling cheated, especially with only 4 days until Christmas to find alternative gifts.

The service has been disappointing, and I can only imagine the product will be just as unsatisfactory whenever it finally arrives. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this company.
There is a complete lack of communication, with no replies to emails or online support inquiries, and the phone support number is no longer active. Be cautious of any positive reviews, as they lack credibility. I placed an order with expedited shipping on December 4th. They took my payment, but I have no expectation of receiving this gift in time for Christmas.
