I placed an order on December 10th, expecting a shipping time of 12-15 days. I've contacted the support team four times to request a cancellation due to their poor communication but have only received automated replies. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service. If they can't respond to inquiries, they likely won't ship your order either. Spending $100 on two items without any communication is unacceptable. For the sake of their business, they need to improve. Now, I have to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund since they refuse to engage.
