Bought the emerald mantis on the 12th of December as a Christmas present for my boyfriend, in January I still hadn’t received information about shipping (just got the email of confirmation of the order).
After a few unreplied emails sent to the customer service I decided to contact them via Instagram.
I luckily received an answer within few minutes: the person answering apologized for the inconvenience and explained me that the had problems with the amount of orders (they had previously made an announcement on their insta profile about it). In the end I wasn’t able to get the emerald mantis, like I originally wanted, because of a few other problems, went with the scorpion instead. It was a rough ride but everything worked out just fine: the person answering on Instagram was able to immediately send my package and apologized again for the inconvenience. Despite the delay and the product replacement, I appreciated the honesty regarding their situation and their dedication.
The product is great and very detailed, my boyfriend had a lot of fun building it. Looks so cool!
