Absolutely disgusting how I have been treated by the Mobility team and their partners. My vehicle broke down a week ago and I'm still sitting with nothing. Missed important medical appointments isolated in my home can't get out to get groceries etc. Spent a full 24hrs trying to speak to one of their partner groups but their customer service is atrocious and their call handlers arent from this country so they just hang up on you. 32 phones calls, was hung up on 18 times and still no further forward. Their partner organisation tried to defraud me out of alot of money and when I explained this to Mobility I was told it was out of their hands. I am disgusted that a sick and disabled person could be treated like this and that Mobility would involve themsrlves in these practices against vulnerable people and think it was OK. I'm left here no alternative vehicle no effort to help and Mobility no help to me at all.
