I had a vehicle through the mobility scheme, and as the lease was ending, it needed to go for an MOT. The car was taken to the garage, and during that time, my new vehicle arrived at the dealership. While waiting without a car, I signed the new contract, and the service arranged to collect the old vehicle. However, now I’ve been informed that signing the new contract means I have lost my good condition payment. This is absolutely absurd since I maintained the car well and took it for the MOT on time. The delay in servicing was the garage's fault, as they didn’t attend to the car for two weeks. No one informed me that signing a new contract would forfeit my good condition payment; had I known, I would have opted not to sign. This will definitely be my last experience leasing a vehicle through the mobility scheme.
