Following my previous Trustpilot review, I received a phone call from Motor Angel that I found deeply upsetting and wholly unprofessional.The individual who called identified himself as Dane Walters (Customer Success Manager). From the outset, his manner was rude and dismissive. When I asked about the status of my refund, the tone of the call became hostile. I was told that if I were to “take this further” through the courts, my refund would not be issued. This came across to me as an attempt to intimidate me into dropping the matter.In addition to this, several snarky and belittling remarks were made, which left me feeling that my concerns were being mocked rather than addressed. The overall impression was that my vulnerability as a customer was being exploited rather than handled with any professionalism or care.This call was not about resolving an issue - it felt like damage control through pressure and humiliation after I spoke publicly about my experience.If this is how Motor Angel responds to complaints and refund requests, I would strongly urge others to think very carefully before dealing with this company or MotorEasy.Due to the conduct I experienced and the ongoing refusal to resolve this matter appropriately, I will be seeking to raise this case with an independent consumer journalist to ensure wider public awareness.
