After searching online, I found a seller with the helmet I wanted at a great price. They promised delivery in about a week. After placing my order, the delivery date was suddenly extended by a whole month! I cancelled my order online. The next day, when I asked about my refund, I was told it could take up to 14 days to process, plus an additional 4-10 working days for the funds to appear in my account. I'm very disappointed and will not be using this service again!
