Its been over a month now I have ordered fork seals for my bike. I have sent over 10 emails to support which is about as useless as hammering ur head against the wall. Worst service ever and still awaiting a refund.
I purchased a helmet on Black Friday at a great price of 275€, but after waiting two months, I still haven't received it. Each day, the delivery dates kept getting pushed back, and ultimately, my order was canceled. Now the price has jumped to 440€.
After browsing online, I found a seller with the helmet I wanted at a great price. They promised delivery within a week, but shortly after placing my order, the delivery date was pushed back by a month! I cancelled the order online. When I inquired about my refund the next day, I was told it could take up to 14 days to process, plus an additional 4-10 working days for the funds to show in my account. I am very disappointed and won’t be using this service again!
