Waited 4 hours for a room they gave me a room i did not ask for and when i asked for am alternative they started an over aggressive rude speech about how i was being rude for asking for another room in a 150 room hotel.!!!!!!! Then they refused me my room and kept my money and refused to refund me and asked me to leave. a more pig ignorant sad stupid group of front of house people i have never encountered in my life .Total fraud keeping my money and pretended they had no more rooms.
