This service is beyond frustrating! Avoid using them for shipments. They seem to think they can deliver whenever they want, ignoring our availability. Despite informing them of our holiday closure, they still tried to deliver and blamed us for not being open. Communication has been rude and unhelpful, with no proper customer service options. I will never work with them again and will advise all our suppliers to do the same. This is the worst freight service I have encountered.
