Despite informing them of our holiday closure, they still attempted delivery and blamed us. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful. There have been multiple delivery cancellations without any explanation. After adjusting our schedule for a supposed delivery, we received an email at the last minute saying it was canceled. It’s been four days of this! They only send automated responses, making it impossible to get updates. Their flashy website is the only positive aspect of this organization. I will be filing complaints with various agencies due to their lack of customer focus.
