Extremely disappointing experience with Motia.
I opened a fuel card account and paid funds in good faith. The cards never arrived, yet the company has still been holding my money. Despite requesting the account be closed and the funds refunded, I have had to repeatedly chase for my own money back.
Communication has been slow and unprofessional. I have been dealing with Brendan who acknowledged the issue but it still remains unresolved.
For a company handling business fuel accounts, holding client funds while failing to provide the service is completely unacceptable.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating the issue through Motia’s formal complaints process and the relevant consumer protection channels.
I would strongly advise other businesses to proceed with caution.
