I can only give two stars due to the overly complicated subscription cancellation. The button is greyed out and hidden deep in the account settings. I struggled to find it and had to search online for guidance. This practice is unacceptable. It's disappointing because I actually enjoy the service. I would consider rejoining, but my trust has been shaken.
