I had to look online for assistance, which is very disappointing. This kind of user interface design is unacceptable. It's unfortunate because I genuinely like the service. I might think about returning, but my trust has been affected.

Yet, they continue to sell my creations on their platform. It's akin to being evicted from your own store while they profit from your goods. They can destroy a reputation built over years in an instant.
