I am limiting my rating to two stars due to the extremely frustrating cancellation process. The option is hidden behind a greyed-out button deep in the account settings, making it hard to find. I had to look online for assistance, which is very disappointing. This kind of user interface design is unacceptable. It's unfortunate because I genuinely like the service. I might think about returning, but my trust has been affected.
