The first product, a collection of listenable books by one author, when I got it, works flawlessly. There was an issue about being double-charged but this was resolved after much discussion with the *payment-service*. The resolution was hampered by *not being able to reset the account password* -- if only I had paid more attention in record keeping... To make a second purchase I used a different email address and password -- with good password record keeping -- but I never saw a link for downloading -- not after being informed by the payment service that the funds had been sent, not after using a different web-browser, not after sending emails to the direct email address of MotionAudioBooks, not after sending 'feedback' via the 'payment service', not after getting whole bunch of special offers and package deals -- by email -- from MotionAudioBooks. So they know what MY email address is. But they never sent the download-link...Then the 'payment service' seemed to take no action and I lost the "complaint" after it timed-out...I no longer do business with EITHER company. Maybe they are lax or incompetent, or just inconsistent. Maybe they are not on the up-and-up.Today is looking for alternatives...
