I had a problem with a Phoenix controller .

I had a problem with a Phoenix retract controller fresh out of the box. It would not retract with radio command but the little button on it would retract the gear. I emailed MotionRC and after some trouble shooting they had me send it back to them and they shipped me a new one. Great customer service.

Damaged parts
