I availed a freet rial version of Cine studio, just to try it on my final cut pro, what happened was, I loved the products so I subscribed to an annual subscription using another account. I forgot to turn off the auto-renewal for the old account which I used for the free trial which I was charged on my card, what I did was all hopes lost messaged the team, asking if I could ask for a refund, and it was such an amazing experience, they reached out to me and got a refund from them.
