I use plug-ins from about five different companies, and MotionVFX surpasses them all--from the ease of purchase, to the easy install and updates via mInstaller, to the helpful tutorials, the ease of use, and the quality of the product. But above all, their customer service is top notch. Recently, I ran into trouble with a product update (following the Final Cut Pro and OS update). Jakub and Marcel stayed with me until I could make it work--they were patient and thorough and really seemed to care.
