This man did not give me a work order in case I could not get my program to work. He sent me another e mail to give me a few new ideas to help me. Usually companies like to give one answer, then give me a work order to contact them again. What a wonderful company who has workers that really care about their customers. I will be forever thankful to this man in customer service, and the company who cares for their customers, even if it is the customer’s fault for problem. Saying think you is not enough for your care for people who buy your products. I am sorry it took so long to review, but I had things kept happening.donna
