Recently I signed up for a trial. Unfortunately, I was on the last day until I could try out CineStudio. During the day, I was having issues and simply ran out of time. 100% my fault. I asked my questions anyhow. They answered and graciously understood I had extenuating circumstances that limited my ability to really work through the issue I had. They graciously extended my trail. The customer service approach to solving my issue was good, and the plus is they were human about it to extend more time to true see if the program is a fit for me.
