First of all the aftersales are unmatched. I had an issue installing plugins from the app (that turned out to be a rare-case general). More than a week I was asked questions, check things, upload things and try-out a new version, which in the end solved the problem, so now I'm gonna try out. The even gave me a credit for reporting and helping out with details to solve it.(If you have had problems installing, especially not completing try out the newest version (via settings, update) or at least report your issue, they really try to solve it)
