I purchased a Renault megane in October 2025 from Motonet Ltd, during the drive back from the showroom in Coventry,the car started to judder and I knew something wasn’t right with the car. A formal complaint was made, however Motonet were reluctant to do anything and told me “I didn’t know how to drive a diesel car properly” LOLAfter various emails, Motonet decided to get their law firm to handle the complaint (lawgistics, another shocking company to deal with I may add)Motonet collected my car on December 9th to get an independent inspection done, and lo and behold Ive not heard anything from them since, I have no car and and had no refund issued!!Lawgistics are apparently waiting for an update about the car. So basically Motonet have stolen my car and left me without any means of transport for over 4 WEEKS and 5K out of pocket.Shocking behaviour!No idea what’s happening.Don’t ever buy a car from this company, Ive been robbed and it’s caused nothing but anxiety and stress.
