My partner purchased a Renault megane in October 2025 from Motonet Ltd, during the drive back from the showroom in Coventry,the car started to judder and he knew something wasn’t right with the car. A formal complaint was made, however Motonet were reluctant to do anything and told my partner “he didn’t know how to drive a diesel car properly” LOL After various emails, Motonet decided to get there law firm to handle the complaint (lawgistics, another shocking company to deal with I may add) Motonet collected my partners car on December 9th to get an inspection done, and lo and behold we’ve not heard anything from them since, he has no car and and has had no refund issued!! Lawgistics are apparently waiting for an update about the car. So basically Motonet have taken the car and left my partner without any means of transport for over 4 WEEKS and 5K out of pocket. Shocking behaviour! No idea what’s happening. Don’t ever buy a car from this company, we’ve been robbed and it’s caused nothing but anxiety and stress.
