Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. My friend bought a car from here and the engine light came on the very next day. It took him over a week to get his money back, with no real apology or urgency.While we were there, I was told by a staff member (who was washing cars at the time) that I could park in the pub’s car park and that he would register my number plate. He didn’t — and now I’ve received a penalty charge. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them since, but they don’t respond to my emails, and when I call, they just try to avoid taking any responsibility.Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t trust them with anything.
