In July 2024, I purchased a 2013 vehicle for £6,480. Just a month later, the engine light activated. The seller informed me that only the engine and gearbox were covered, demanding £500 for exhaust repairs. Subsequently, the oil level kept decreasing. I discovered the exhaust had been obstructed to conceal smoke, indicating the engine had oil-burning problems from the beginning. The seller denied any responsibility and instructed me to contact the warranty company. Before the sale, they were courteous and helpful. After the sale, there was no assistance. Now, the vehicle is valued at under £800. ⚠️ Additionally, their “12-month engine warranty” only covers up to £250. Given my experience, I do NOT recommend purchasing from this seller.
