He didn't just give a standard policy answer (saying "we don't support that plugin"), but he analyzed the problem and technically explained the reason for the conflict.His sincere and transparent technical opinion allowed me to understand the true cause (the need for "String Translation") and make the right decision, saving me hours of work and stress.It is rare to find customer support that is this competent and willing to go the extra mile.
