We bought one Vechicle , they charged warranty and additional repairs cost total 9800 and vat 1960 total 11760 in 13 th December 2025 after one week it got repair and dropped the Vechicle in their premises on 21/12/2025 and they took time to repair more than 20 days and handover the Vechicle on14/01/2026 after next day it not started we spent 50 gbp repair cost and started the Vechicle after three weeks again another problem , this completely electric failure and at the time of electric falilure we called the moto2go company , your Vechicle is under warranty and they shared the number , we called the warranty people for towing the Vechicle to drop in mechanic shop , immediate next day our driver reached the location and recovery truck came and they left stating that driver is not arrived in time even driver in the location .immediately we called warranty company they said only one time will provide warranty truck not second time and if want to do repair they mentioned please drop your Vechicle at approved garages , I called multiple approved garages they said very clearly insurance cover Vechicle either they will not repair or it will take couple of weeks I just approached local garage to resolve the problem , they charged 350 gbp after one week again same . Today we approached motor2go company they are saying you approached local garage because of your warranty is deemed to void , if you want we will do work with additional cost. every week we need to refill engine oil and ad blue
We have number of email proof these guys are cheaters , please make sure no one will go to motor 2go DO NOT buy from Motor2go Company! They are cheaters and fraudsters.
