Disappointed.I spotted a car that seemed to meet our requirements. They stated that the car was just having a bit of work carried out but if I call back in an hour, they can let me know if it’s ready. I called up after an hour and was informed that it’s ready. Got everyone in the car and drove to the garage. I was then informed that the car is not ready, front wing missing and on jacks but we still checked the car and paper work to not waste the journey. I was then informed the car will be ready by Monday, this then became Tuesday and then Friday but I will get a call as soon as it’s ready.I called on Friday and they informed me that someone is test driving it now. The work has only been completed in the last few hours and a new costumer had jumped the queue and bought the car.I feel like I have been messed around with due to poor communication. They did state that if I was interested I should have secured the car with a deposit but this does not seem logically when it’s missing a panel and on jacks and anyway I was awaiting there call through the whole process.
