Be aware of scams and STAY AWAY. A few weeks ago, I purchased a BMW car from this company. I picked it up on a Saturday, and they insisted that I write a 5-star Google review right in front of them. In exchange, they offered 1 year of free roadside assistance. However, they stated that unless they witnessed the review being published, they would not provide the roadside assistance, which turned out to be a dubious, unregulated service, not overseen by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority. By the next day, Sunday, fault messages began appearing on the dashboard, including alerts for "service is due," "engine oil is low," and "tyre pressure low." Despite assurances from the sales agent before the purchase that a full service and health check would be conducted, it appears they were not. They also falsely sold me a so-called 2-year warranty, claiming that BMW garages would accept it, which was later found to be untrue. Furthermore, despite my explicit requests, they continually misgendered me as "sir," displaying a level of transphobia that deeply upset me. Consequently, I filed a formal complaint and contacted them by phone. Initially, the company director, Sheik Reaz Hassan, was apologetic and promised to address each issue raised in my complaint and to follow up with me. However, he suddenly ceased all communication as if no promises had been made. This deceit is alarming. I am currently preparing a legal case against these scammers in the County Court. Be aware and stay away.
