Great car, shocking service.Recently bought a secondhand car, took a month for the car to be ready after paying my deposit. No updates, dates kept changing when it was ready, I had to chase every time. On the day of picking the car up, had to wait to be seen while loads of people milled around, the salesperson had to fill out all my paperwork again, had no idea how much money I had to pay, and the whole handover took nearly an hour for no real reason. Really love the car and the cleanliness of the bodywork but would never buy again due to the service and pure lack of accountability and compassion from the company.
