I had a very disappointing experience with Motorfinity. I provided a specific time that suited me for a call, but they didn’t ring at the suggested time — which makes you wonder what the point is of asking in the first place.
When I was finally able to take the call, Luke Chambers was rude and came across as quite condescending. He didn’t seem genuinely interested in helping me find a deal, particularly because I hadn’t yet test-driven a vehicle. I asked for quotes on three different vehicles, which he appeared reluctant to provide (not sure how that’s supposed to lead to a sale). When he eventually did provided a couple, they were no cheaper than the prices I’d already been offered by my local dealerships.
Overall, a poor customer experience from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to look beyond the five-star reviews before deciding to engage.
