I would strongly advise people to avoid purchasing from this dealership. My experience was extremely stressful and upsetting from start to finish.The car was delivered in a filthy condition with marks all over the roof, a cracked sun visor mirror covered in glue, food left inside, and a tire warning light already showing on the dashboard. I was told the visor would be replaced, but like many other promises, it never happened.From the start, I was left chasing for everything. I wasn’t given the new keeper slip (V5C/2), meaning I couldn’t tax or legally drive the car. It sat on my driveway for a week, and they didn’t seem to care that I couldn’t use it.When they eventually agreed to tax the vehicle, I sent £200 for road tax but was never given a receipt. I chased multiple times by phone and email and heard nothing. When I checked directly with the DVLA because I didn’t trust them, I discovered the tax had never been purchased at all. I demanded a receipt again and was told it would be sent. A day passed and still nothing.At that point, I had enough and asked to return the car. Their tone completely changed. They became rude and dismissive, and I was ignored for days. I had to chase repeatedly for the car to be collected, and weeks later, for my refund to be processed.It was only when I threatened to escalate the issue to the Financial Ombudsman that anything was done. Even then, I only received a partial refund despite being told a full refund would be issued.I genuinely couldn’t have had a worse experience if I’d tried. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic communication was appalling. I’ve told everyone I know to avoid this company. Do not buy from them.

Mastered the art of BS sales - Know they can sell faulty vehicles whilst the consumer rights legislations are full of holes. Also use proven fraudulent Solicitors to deal with customers who call them out.Only a trend of fatalities from these dodgy sales will see the belated dealer closures and justice served to the dealership.Total disregard for safety, hide behind false claims and lies. Totally disgusting.
