No respect and little customer service.

The contact with certain people in this organisation need a few lessons in respect and customer services. One individual left my daughter being very pregnant shaken and upset. She left crying and was upset and still crying when she got home after a tram and bus journey. All for the sake of a bit of civility and assurance.
