The rental vehicle we booked (and paid for in full) was absent when we arrived at our destination! Our entire vacation was at risk of being ruined. We had to search for a replacement vehicle on our own (after being stuck at the airport for over 10 hours), and we are still waiting for a refund from the service. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED :-(
