We rented from this service last year, using a six-berth for 5 weeks in Australia, marking our fourth hire. The van was mechanically sound, but the left indicator had a warning light every time it was used. The quality and maintenance were quite poor. The ladder lacked hooks to secure it, and the TV never functioned at all. There were missing covers over sharp corners, which was concerning. The outdoor table was broken and wouldn't support its back legs; we were advised to buy a new one, which took us most of the day in 40-degree heat. The automatic step was inoperable, and the toilet basin frequently fell down during use. My sister almost fell when I braked suddenly, as the Velcro under the cushions was non-existent until I fixed it with a staple machine. The water tank gauges never changed, leaving us without water at times. The slide-out door for cups and glasses lacked a latch, causing it to fly open while driving. I reported these issues to the service, and after two months, I feel no satisfactory solution has been offered, just ongoing reviews. I doubt anything has improved since. My recommendation is to choose another service for future rentals.
