Avoid Motorhouse Beds at all costs. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. After purchasing a vehicle and relying on their “warranty,” I encountered serious issues almost immediately. When I reached out for assistance, my calls and emails were ignored, and the salesman—who was so attentive at the time of purchase—seemed to have vanished. Every attempt to get help or for them to honor their warranty was met with complete disregard.It’s clear that once they have your money, they could care less about the customer. The lack of accountability and basic customer care is shocking, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.If you’re considering buying from here, think twice. This is a business that has no respect for their customers and no integrity to stand by their word.
