I decided to use this Garage to service my Vitara while under warranty. The Receptionist was very helpful but my vehicle servicing record was difficult to locate on the computer each time it was serviced there. I had to phone through after the last service and gave the job number so I could have the service stamp done which was neglected.When I turned up my vehicle could not be located again on the computer. Now my car is out of warranty I do the servicing myself. I noticed when replacing the cabin filter the old one was quite dirty. I am not convinced that it has been replaced before. I do not believe that genuine Suzuki parts have been used on my Vitara either. This review from a retired vehicle mechanic
