Our Citroen broke down and was recovered to Motorhouse Coleford on Christmas Eve. Upon their return from holidays they quickly diagnosed the fault on Tuesday 6th Jan, and I drove it away on the 13th after the engine has been stripped, parts replaced and damaged parts retained along with photographs of the work required.

Great experience from start to finish when buying a used Vitara, which was very competitively priced. A special shout out to Stuart who gave us a very generous part exchange on our old car. If your after a new or used vehicle no need to look anywhere else.
Having purchased a vehicle from this company,within 14 days we had to return it and ask for our money back,the vehicle had too many electrical problems some times features worked and then turned themselves back on other times a alarm light came on, the staff were not very helpful suggesting I was not able to understand the controls, eventually after a threat of small claims court they refunded me the money, I would not recommend this company
Motorhouse Coleford absolutely saved my family's holiday, in an emergency they managed to go the extra mile and find the time to listen to my car problems, get us a quick repair appointment when others couldn't and did and absolutely top repair job. Tara, you deserve employee of the year award for customer service - I can't thank you enough for helping us out. 5 stars is not enough in this case. A great Citroen dealer. Thanks a million, Mr G
Came here on Monday as my air conditioning needed re gassing. (It's a new gas used on newer cars. And can't be done by my local garage) they diagnosed that it needed a new condenser and would order one in for next day (tuesday) it's now Thursday and still waiting. They don't update or call to apologise or anything. Won't come here again.
Bought just the right car from these guys. Turned out there was crash damage with a not-so-good respray(under the polish). However the worst thing when there was a genuine mechanical failure in the fundamentals of the engine in a BMW which left my wife scared and isolated 100s of miles from home with a tone of luggage. They denied all responsibility and couldn't give a monkeys short of us taking them to small claims court to retrieve 00's and 00's of pounds worth of maintenance depsite the fact we bought the car just before lockdown and had driven a tiny number of miles. Not helpful, not trustworthy.
I decided to use this Garage to service my Vitara while under warranty. The Receptionist was very helpful but my vehicle servicing record was difficult to locate on the computer each time it was serviced there. I had to phone through after the last service and gave the job number so I could have the service stamp done which was neglected.When I turned up my vehicle could not be located again on the computer. Now my car is out of warranty I do the servicing myself. I noticed when replacing the cabin filter the old one was quite dirty. I am not convinced that it has been replaced before. I do not believe that genuine Suzuki parts have been used on my Vitara either. This review from a retired vehicle mechanic
