We broke down just after leaving a major road. The engine suddenly died, and I suspected the cam belt had broken (which was correct), so roadside repair was not possible! I called the service and found them to be very helpful, efficient, and reassuring. The breakdown service arrived in an hour and was excellent. Breaking down at night in the cold is never enjoyable, but the entire experience was significantly improved by the company.
