I paid for full cover including Home Start & National Recovery etc but when my motorbike had a problem with the brakes meaning it couldn't be ridden and needed recovering they refused to recover it to the dealer because they were 30 miles away unless I paid them over £280.
Allegedly in the T&C's it states that they will only recover a vehicle 25 miles from home.
There aren't any motorbike garages/mechanics within the 25 miles so Motoring Assistance refused to recover the bike unless I paid them over £56 per mile.
Avoid like the plague!
