After purchasing a new device, I tried to claim a free accessories gift. Initially, I was told I needed to provide proof of purchase. After submitting that, my second request was rejected due to a supposed problem with the IMEI number. I sent photos showing the correct IMEI, but was told to try again. On my third attempt, I was denied again for making too many attempts. If this is how they handle accessory claims, I dread to think about their response to potential issues with the device itself. Now, the support team has ceased all communication.
