There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, impossible to speak to anyone, trying email is impossible and won't help you the just say it's out of their hand or they are reviewing the situation,but they never get back to you refusing to replace or refund, avoid at all costs
Ordered a phone on 12 December 2025, which was dispatched on 15 December with a tracking link. However, tracking indicated it was returned to sender in the Netherlands on 19 December. Realizing it wouldn't arrive for Christmas, I contacted the support team via online form to cancel the order on 20 December but received no response. After following up with another email on 29 December requesting a refund, I still got no reply. On 31 December, I sent another email and finally received a response stating they would investigate. An item eventually arrived from the Netherlands, dispatched on 5 January, despite my cancellation on 20 December. I followed up again, only to get the usual response of 'we'll look into it.' As of 19 January, there was still no contact from the representative, but I received an invoice from FedEx for £109.27 for customs duty. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

If this is how they handle accessory issues, I can only imagine how they will respond if there are problems with the device itself. Now, the support team has stopped responding to my emails altogether.

Having used various devices from this brand for years, I am frustrated by my recent attempt to return a phone. The customer service is impersonal and lacks direct contact options. After numerous promises of escalation and collection arrangements, I find myself still waiting. It has been over three weeks, and I am now considering a claim through my credit card company due to this poor service. Goodbye to this brand.
My Moto 40 Neo isn't receiving the latest Android update, and the phone is only two years old. It appears they want you to buy a new phone to stay current, which is frustrating. If this is how they treat their customers, I will be moving on.
I strongly advise against this company. Their customer service has been unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to return a phone, I've received no reply. Even the chat support is ineffective. They have overcharged me by a small amount, and I am now in contact with my bank to report this issue.

I had to cancel my order before receiving the phone, and now I find myself without either the device or my money. After many emails, I’ve only received automated responses. In all my years dealing with customer service, this has been the worst experience. Well done on being the most frustrating company I've interacted with.
