Upon purchasing a new device, I attempted to apply for a complimentary accessories gift. Initially, my request was denied due to the need for proof of purchase. After providing that, my second request was rejected, citing an issue with the IMEI number. I submitted photos of the box displaying the correct IMEI, but was advised to try again. On my third attempt, I was informed that my request was denied due to too many attempts. If this is how they handle accessory issues, I can only imagine how they will respond if there are problems with the device itself. Now, the support team has stopped responding to my emails altogether.
