Ordered a phone on 12 December 2025, which was dispatched on 15 December with a tracking link. However, tracking indicated it was returned to sender in the Netherlands on 19 December. Realizing it wouldn't arrive for Christmas, I contacted the support team via online form to cancel the order on 20 December but received no response. After following up with another email on 29 December requesting a refund, I still got no reply. On 31 December, I sent another email and finally received a response stating they would investigate. An item eventually arrived from the Netherlands, dispatched on 5 January, despite my cancellation on 20 December. I followed up again, only to get the usual response of 'we'll look into it.' As of 19 January, there was still no contact from the representative, but I received an invoice from FedEx for £109.27 for customs duty. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.
