I would give zero stars if possible. The vehicles have significant problems that the staff refuse to address. The representatives are rude and unprofessional. I had to resort to mediation to reclaim my funds for repairs, which took over a year and countless attempts to communicate. This has been the absolute worst experience with any company I've ever had. Definitely avoid this service!
