At POS completely great and helpful. Follow up "extended warranty" questions 10 months later, very very unhelpful. Dont fall for the warranty.
When sold the motorpoint warranty, three of us were told "its covers everything you wont have to worry about a thing if anything happens".
Calling me saying"have you got proof of this" is both ridiculous and a shambles. This is why I feel scammed with the warranty. If I'd have known, the car would have been returned! I feel like I went to somewhere I had believed to be reputable and have just been laughed at. Having 2 "customer care" team members who simultaneously cant tell me anything about what warranty covers and calling me a liar, a farce.
The warranty is a scam, I was sold a lie. That's all there is too it. shame as I love the car
