Recently financed a new car with motor point as my current car’s finance was coming to an end, first time i’ve been to motor point but what can i say but thank you to how helpful everyone was, they have a huge variety of cars available to choose from, im on a PCP finance but wanted to move to a HP finance and they made that transition flawless, the purchase of a new car was super quick and easy and everything was really easy to understand, i had to wait for the car to be delivered but that also came sooner than expected, for anyone who’s deciding what to do or where to go for a new car i highly recommend motor point norwich, a huge thank you to jack who completed this whole process for me and to zak for his help on the day of pick up and also to savannah who completed everything so i could drive my new car away, top guys and girls super friendly made me and my partner at ease with this process, also shout out to dave super friendly guy, thank you motor point
Bought a car out of here the other week. Loads of different vehicles on display to pick from. Scanning the QR code to get the price took a little getting used to. There was no pressure from any annoying salesmen following me about.
After picking the vehicle I wanted. I had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew Kershaw.
What can I say. He was pleasant and helpful to deal with. He made it all go easily.
When I came back up to collect the car. I then had Aimee to deal with to take payment.
Again, pleasant and helpful. She helped make sure it was road taxed for me leaving. And again, made everything go easily.
There was a small problem with the outside temperature reading on the display. But after popping back up to see them. They gave me the details of where to take it to be repaired. As the car was still under the manufactures warranty.
All in, I have to say I was impressed. And would definitely recommend visiting if you were considering a new car
Great cars. Great prices. So much choice! I usually use Autotrader and it kept coming up with Motorpoint Burnley. So I went onto their website and found what I was looking for. Booked a test drive but unfortunately the one I liked sold before I got there.
But they had an even nicer one in stock.
Joe was so very helpful very knowledgeable.

Extended warranty is a complete rip off. Only had car 7 months paid £1200 for 4 year warranty. Rang to cancel as no longer have car to be told you are not entitled to any refund as per the clause in the policy after 30 days. A policy which we have never even received from them as we would have cancelled before 30 days! Will never use Motorpoint again.
Left my car with you on Sunday after getting a valuation. Was advised we would have to leave it overnight to be inspected. We have chased but still no update? All we want is to know when to come in to pay the difference and complete the sale of my vehicle.
I rang the Edinburgh branch and was answered by Dougie who was extremely understanding to my predicament and offered a solution there and then. Upon arrival at the branch later that day, all staff were incredibly courteous and professional. I was introduced to Dougie who was with a customer and offered refreshments while I waited. A short time later I was seen to and everything went perfectly. A special shout out also goes to Connor who considerably went out of his way to help me, plus a young man from New Zealand who was great. In fact, everyone helped to some degree. Totally amazing customer service and a credit to Motorpoint. This is how all car dealerships should be. Many thanks again.
Great from start to finish!
My first interaction with Motorpoint is a great one. My friend previously got a car from them and recommended them. I was first greeted by Megan who instantly made me feel at ease and very patient when it came to deciding a car. She took time to go through several cars and brands and sharing her insight. Not trying to sell me the most expensive car, or all the bells and whistles but an honest and clear idea of what I was looking at and what was in my remit.
I must say when she wasnt on site I was handled amazingly by Reagan (great guy) who was there when my car got delivered. Another gent did help me on collection day (I’m so sorry I forgot his name!) but the honesty from all of them. I had to pop back in to get something sorted and always friendly and Reagan even came and chatted to me for a bit.
This is customer service like I’ve never experienced before - I would recommend this team and site to anyone that wants to get a car here. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and after good conversation with Meg we got down to what I actually needed!

Everything about the car was explained perfectly, any questions I had technical or otherwise were expertly answered by our host Reece at the Swansea branch, also had good liaison and support from head office during payment transfer.
The process of buying was talked through step by step and myself and my wife felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience. Can’t fault the attention to detail and enthusiasm of our staff member, thanks again Reece, top lad
